Congrats on finishing your first year. I think if I could choose a handful of experiences I would NOT want to re-live, one of them would definitely be my first year teaching. As the years go by, I think back to some of mistakes I made and cringe. The good news is that every year you have a chance to improve, and you WILL, exponentially! Good luck in the fall.
